Our tour guide Claudio was really helpful, very knowledgeable, entertaining and made our trip extremely enjoyable. We enjoyed walking around the islands and exploring them in our free time, as well as a delicious fresh local meal on the Culatra Island. I'm not usually a fan of seafood but we wanted to try a local dish so Claudio suggested we try the seafood cataplana- it was incredibly tasty, full of flavour and well cooked. We started with crusty bread, fish pate and olives. My wife had a large glass of wine and I had a coffee plus we had a large bottle of still water and it all came to just under 37 euros- which was a bargain for very generous portions and fresh local ingredients. We enjoyed sailing through the Ria Formosa learning about the life of fisherman, wildlife, seahorses and local culture from our guide. It was a truly memorable experience and I would definitely consider going on another tour with Odyssey tours if we return in the future- I would love to try the sunset tour next time. He was friendly and very accommodating throughout our 3-plus hour trip.

We enjoyed a calm and quiet walk around the rustic island of Armona as well as a stroll on the beautiful sandy beach. We were lucky enough to sample some delicious local cooking and fresh seafood on the Culatra Island. Our guide recommended the local delicacy of seafood cataplana. The delicious dish included clams,mussels,oysters,seabass, king prawns and bacon in a tomato garlic and olive oil sauce.. served with fries and accompanied with fresh bread, fish pate and olives! Not only was the food incredible, but the prices were very reasonable and we enjoyed this cultural experience. The culatra island itself is a lovely self contained fisherman's Isle that is beautiful to explore especially when the sun is beaming. Throughout our boat tour the guide told us all about the history, culture, wildlife and experiences in the local area as well as recommending some local activities and restaurants for us to try. The boat tour was the highlight of our trip to Olhão so we highly recommend to anyone who wants to tour and experience the region. Thank you to Carlos and Claudio for a wonderful trip! We will definitely consider taking the tours again if we return to Olhão.

  I thoroughly recommend this boat tour, really friendly helpful staff, a small traditional fishing boat and an experienced knowledge Skipper (Vitor) My wife and I shared the boat with a... read more family so there were 6 adults and 2 children in total which gave us plenty of space. The tour was very informative and because of the type of boat we were able to stop on sand banks and have a paddle/ sunbathe which the larger boats are unable to do. There is a sun shade on the boat and free bottled cold water provided.

Lunch on... read more Culatra was very nice bit when we arribed the restaurant was very busy. Rather than making us wait for the waitress to clear the table from the previous diners, Victor went above and beyond and cleared the table himself and set it for us after wiping it and all down seats down to sanitise them.

We would definitely recommend this beautiful trip to anyone. We left Armona island as thw sun slipped beyond the horizon. Spectacular!!

  We did this tour with a person in a wheelchair that need help transferring into the boat. Carlos helped me organize the tour and ensured us we could transfer him.... read more The captain picked us up and dropped us off in locations that would be easiest to transfer. The captain also helped transfer him! They accommodated the tour to two islands for us instead of the three and gave us a partial refund. I give this a company 5 stars and would do it again! It can be very difficult to find companies that will try to accommodate wheelchairs. The staff was friendly, easy to talk to and the location is easy to find.
